CLE BRASIL is a Brazilian corporation on specific purpose (CSP) founded in August 2001 for the execution of outsource project of utilities of the new industrial complex of ArcelorMittal Vega.
CLE Brasil is controlled shared by the Veolia Environnement Group, the biggest group in the world in the environmental area acting for more than “153 years” and employing more than 312 thousands collaborators all over the world.
The name CLE it’s in honor to the first French Ship named “L’Espoir” that arrived in São Francisco do Sul – Santa Catarina – Brazil in 1504. CLE means “Consorcium L’Espoir” that means “Hope Consortium”.
Arcelor Context: build a new unity of cold-rolled steel (900Kton) and a galvanization line (500Kton).

Search for partner in the environmental area, implement with this partner a contract such as BOO (Built Own Operate) with a return on the invested capitals acceptable for the two parts.
